Design Brief
We identify client’s needs and objectives, business case and possible constraints on development. We prepare feasibility studies and assessment of options to enable the client to decide with the design brief.
Concept Design
Implementation of Design Brief and preparation of additional data. Concept Design stage including outline proposals for structural and building services systems, outline specifications. Application for detailed planning permission.
Technical Design
At this stage, we will prepare Technical Design in accordance with Design Responsibility Matrix and Project Strategies to include all architectural, structural and building services information, specialist subcontractor design and specifications, in accordance with Design Programme.
Project Management
Once design and planning work has been completed, the key task is project management for the building programme: planning the sequence of work, putting documents out to tender, deadline and basic cost planning, management and a final check for the client.
