Its significance lies in the quality and architectural interest of its highly decorative external elevations with embellished windows and entrances, and a recessive shallow-pitched slated roof.
The new 14 Residential flats and Commercial unit incorporating an additional storey set behind the
retained facades and a three-storey new build addition with a recessed third floor is proposed.
